Inspired Working was set up by David Klaasen in 2004 to work with Leaders, Directors and Senior Managers who want to avoid pitfalls and performance traps that arise when implementing their business strategy.
David Klaasen – Founder and Managing Director
David is a Chartered Human Resource Management professional and was recognised as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2002. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors and a Professional Member of the Association Of Neuro Linguistic Programming.
He moved into the Learning and Development arena, inspired by the measurable results it can produce, after gaining valuable international management experience in 5 Star Hotels and Haute Cuisine Restaurants.
Since 1988 David has been working with all levels of management, across a broad range of sectors, he has designed award winning training programmes for the Méridien Hotel Group and developed nationally recognised Management Development programmes. In 2004 he set up his own niche consultancy, Inspired Working, to specialise in successfully resolving people and performance problems in London.
As an accredited Adviser, Coach and NLP Master Practitioner, David specialises in helping organisations to understand and optimise models of best practice. His friendly and accessible technique makes it easier to evaluate management effectiveness, implement organisational change and align the personal aspirations of staff with business objectives. His approach can often release unexpected resources and innovation amongst management and staff.
He is an enthusiastic and emotionally intelligent communicator who clarifies complex issues and engages audiences, inspiring them into action. This pragmatic approach has successfully assisted many clients to achieve internationally recognised standards by coaching Business Owners, Directors and Senior Managers and facilitating development workshops.
David is passionate about ensuring that shared values, clear communication and targeted development of people are the furnace that drives business success.
As a relentless learner he is continuously honing and developing his skills, and he loves to relax by scuba diving, kite surfing, practicing yoga, listening to live Jazz and hosting dinner parties with his wife Pam.

Rosemary has a wealth of experience helping organisations succeed both as an operational manager and as a HR consultant and business coach. Initially employed by the Midland Bank, Richard Costain and W S Atkins, she has operated at a senior HR level for Selfridges and Allders of Croydon.
Rosemary has helped well over 200 clients across all sectors and sizes to achieve business and personal success. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), an Employment Law specialist and a lay member of the Employment Tribunals.
Her pragmatic and friendly approach helps clients to manage people and change, in a fair and lawful manner that resolves issues before they require costly and stressful Employment Tribunal involvement.
Debbie moved into sales training and consultancy following a successful 14-year career with Mars Confectionery (now Masterfoods) – including roles in Sales, Trade Marketing, Sales Operations and Sales Training.
Debbie has a passion for helping individuals, teams and organisations to realise business breakthroughs via improved selling and negotiating behaviours. Her facilitative style creates positive learning environments where people feel safe to stretch and try out new techniques and perspectives. All of her interventions are highly interactive and action-orientated via experiential activities that are uniquely tailored to the organisation she is working with.
Debbie has enjoyed working with a variety of corporate and public sector clients, including American Express, CPM International, London University, Government Office South West and Prontaprint.
Alli trained as a mechanical engineer and worked in the manufacturing and construction industries for eight years. During that time she gained a wide range of experience in operational, production and project management, quality assurance, marketing, communications and public relations.
Alli has worked in the business support and consultancy arena for the last nineteen years. Projects for clients often focus around strategic analysis, planning and innovation. Her excellent facilitation skills help clients to clarify their business model and strategic priorities.
Alli has strong operational management and organisational skills, with a foundation in quality management approaches, including ISO 9000 and the EFQM Excellence Model. She has an MBA and was an Associate Lecturer with the Open University Business School. She is a member of both the Chartered Management Institute and the Institute of Consulting
