Inspired Working is known for its two unique Profiling tools:

The iWAM (Inventory of Work Attitude and Motivation)
The iWAM uses an online questionnaire to produce a report that can be used for job-related activities, such as recruitment, coaching and development activity. It is based on a model of cognitive thinking styles and includes the measurement and explanation of 48 parameters that drive our fundamental behavivour.

The LAB Profile (The Language and Behaviour Profile)
The LAB Profile is a purely linguistic tool and unlike other psychological assessment tests it does not require the person being profiled to complete any paperwork.  This means it can be used in a very informal way as part of a ‘normal’ conversation. It identifies patterns of behaviour and provides very precise and context-specific information about people’s motivational drivers.  This enables profound insights and understanding which can resolve blockages in communication and enhance team work.
