We always work in partnership with our clients by listening to your needs and defining clear objectives and outcomes before we start.
Without agreed measures it is difficult to establish the value of an intervention.
Depending on which stage of development your business is at, we like to ensure that there is clear Management Information available in order to provide key measures of current performance. This enables effective evaluation of any intervention and any improvements in performance. See Specialist Consultancy.
Measures can be quantitative in the form of specific financial or activity targets, or they may be qualitative in the form of agreed levels of improved quality, the perceptions of Directors or the opinions of your management and staff.
We use a number of techniques to establish current benchmarks and can use of external assessments like the Investors in People or British Quality Foundation Standards to objectively measure progress.
Our Coaching Programme
The Outstanding Professional programme has been developed over a number of years and has a variety of learning and development activities including:
- One-to-one coaching.
- Two interactive telefora per month, each on a different monthly theme.
- Three full-day workshops with the other participants on the programme to share and learn with a successful peer group.

The LAB Profile utilises the latest thinking in applied Behavioural Science to profile individuals and teams.
- It uncovers below-conscious motivational patterns and working preferences.
The inventory of Work Attitude and Motivation (iWAM)

- We can also use iWAM to develop ‘Models of Excellence’ which enables you to define the particular patterns that distinguish your high performers in a particular role. The Model of Excellence can then be used to recruit, coach and train others.
