"Discover How To Bring Quantifiable Results And Credibility To Your Coaching And Consultancy In Just 2 Days, And Quickly Stand Out In A Cluttered Market!"

- Are you looking to bring a quantifiable, ‘hard edge’ to your consulting skills?
- How do you prove you can facilitate objective behavioural change?
- How do you distinguish yourself from the other professionals in your field?
Dear Fellow Coach / Consultant
I’m sure you want to make a tangible difference for your clients and provide quantifiable and measurable results for them whilst distinguishing yourself from others. But in the field of Human Resource Development, Coaching and Motivation it can sometimes be difficult to measure the difference we are making, especially in a busy corporate environment where there are lots of factors at work.
There is often a lot of Qualitative evidence but for many that is not enough. We need more tangible evidence and the HR Press shows that there is a growing trend in the use of Psychometric measurement tools.
The fact that Senior Executives now want to see more statistical information about changes in behaviour means that we need to have appropriate tools at our disposal that can provide this information.
I’m David Klaasen and when I set up Inspired Working in 2004 I was looking to answer the questions above so I went to Belgium to meet Patrick Merlevde, a renowned cognitive scientist and management consultant. He has developed a brilliant psychometric tool that provides very different information to most of the other psychometric profiles that are on the market.
As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) I wanted a rigorously validated tool. As a Master Practitioner of NLP since 1997 I wanted a tool that linked with what I had learned about applied psychology, and the latest thinking in behavioural science. And finally, as a Licensed Consultant and Trainer in the Language and Behaviour Profile (LAB Profile) I loved the fact that Patrick's online Profiling tool was built around Motivational and Working Traits not personality types. The profiling tool is called the “inventory of Work Attitude and Motivation” or iWAM for short.
In just 2 days you can become certified and hit the ground running with an extraordinary psychometric tool that promotes the value of your human behaviour expertise with reliability, validity and easy to understand hard statistical measures.
What difference would such a tool make to the way you work with your clients?
As you probably know, the world of Coaching and Human Resource Development is becoming very cluttered, with thousands of coaches and consultants all claiming they can make a difference. The core problem for clients lies in the huge variation in quality that is out there! This means that choosing the right coach or consultant can be very difficult for them.
There is now a growing trend amongst very experienced Coaches and Consultants to use psychometric tools
You don’t want to be seen as one of the coaches and consultants who are not able to produce quantifiable measures for the work they do! Having hard evidence of the behavioural change interventions you do can make a real difference in the initial conversations with a new client.
As she was starting out in her coaching career Anneli Blundell needed to gain credibility with clients, especially amongst senior corporate Directors. She had a great skill-set but needed to find a way of objectively diagnosing core development issues with clients in a way they could understand, and then quantify the results of the work she was doing.
After becoming certified in how to use the iWAM Anneli had this to report:
“Since becoming certified in the use of the iWAM my business has never been the same. I have strengthened my business proposition, my networks, my knowledge, and my confidence to deliver sustainable and compelling behaviour change, knowing I have the support of a rigorously tested and validated quantitative measurement tool.
Anneli Blundell, B.Bus, NLP Practitioner, Managing Director, Beyond Coaching
Team Analysis
The increased diversity of today’s workplace and the complex makeup of many teams means that people need to have a way of a rapidly understanding differences. This can help people to play to each other's strengths and provide support where it is needed. The iWAM has a very easy to use Team Profiling facility that can illustrate a broad range of Human Resources and Coaching issues. This allows a certified iWAM practitioner to rapidly diagnose fundamental problems and identify valuable solutions that can have an immediate impact on the success of the team, and the business.
This in turn enables you to earn more fees by providing skilful interventions with the experience and talents you already have.
Once Brian Clark, Managing Director of a successful marketing consultancy, gained his iWAM Certification he discovered an immediate shift in the way he was able to provide services to his clients that really addressed their needs.
“I have found that the first critical question that each client has been asking after approximately 60 minutes of discussion with me about iWAM and its applications to his/her business is . . . "Where do we go from here? . . ." If that leading question isn't a strong buying signal I'll eat my hat, as the saying goes. And in every case that this question has been asked of me, the ‘next step’ I have recommended to them has led to fee paying business for me with the promise of more substantial opportunities down the track as iWAM is rolled out through their organisation. To date I have achieved a 100% conversion ratio of client take-up and trialling and it is still early days.”
Brian Clark, Managing Director, Marketing Consultants Associated Ltd.
Just think about it . . . a growing number of people all around the world, just like you, are now using hard data to quantify the behavioural change work they do because it helps to get results on many levels. But it’s still early days for the iWAM, especially in the UK, so the iWAM presents a fantastic opportunity.
So what is the iWAM?
The Inventory for Work Attitude and Motivation (iWAM) is a human resource and organisational development tool that measures 48 parameters based on a model of cognitive thinking styles (NLP Metaprograms).
It was designed and developed in 2001 and is being regularly updated and enhanced through continuous improvement and feedback from users. It is a truly global tool that is being used in over 12 different languages across 21 different countries.
- The iWAM tool was created by Patrick Merlevede (cognitive scientist, NLP trainer and author of “7 Steps to Emotional Intelligence”) in Belgium between 1997 and 2001 and is currently sweeping its way across the world with stunning success. Now for the first time it’s being made more widely available in the UK through our open Certification programme.
- The iWAM is an online, easy-to-use-and-administer testing tool that provides an objective way to measure an individual’s attitudes and motivational patterns.
- The iWAM is founded on solid research and it gets results! The results are evident in various HR applications including recruiting, coaching / mentoring, team building, and management / leadership development.
“Becoming A Certified User Of The iWAM Can Help You To Bring Real Quantifiable Results To Your Coaching And Consultancy in just 2 days!”
Marilyn Powell, MD EQ@Work
Previously, you would have had to travel abroad to be trained in this tool, now for the first time in the UK there is going to be an open Certification Training especially for Consultants, Coaches and HR Professionals.
Why go for Certification in the iWAM tool?
- Turn your behavioural knowledge into reliable, statistical data to support ‘bottom line’ discussions
- Easy online access to a range of tailored reports for individuals, teams, and leaders at a very competitive price
- It measures motivations and attitudes that drive behaviour, before the behaviour occurs
- It handles high volume profiling needs, easily and simply
- re using the tool on a daily basis with their clients.
- Increase self-awareness by revealing your own unconscious driving patterns and how they currently impact your work
- Define your business through this instrument and software methodology or simply add it to your toolkit
- There are now hundreds of practitioners in Europe, Australia and the USA who have benefited from this certification course.
However, I don't expect you to believe me until you see even more proof . . .
Don't just take my word for it - check out these real-life examples:
“iWAM is a great product of startling accuracy and provides essential information for recruiting, tweaking of business relationships and roles and measuring the motivation of employees."
Peter Price, Consultant and Trainer.
“I found the training was very practically based . . . and you gave great examples from the applications of your experiences. In the training I was able to begin to see the clients I could work with and how iWAM could help them. I went straight out after the training . . . and I already have 10 clients waiting (3 weeks after the training).”
Marita Ryan, NLP Practitioner, Performance & Development Consultant.
"My iWAM accreditation has had many benefits. It has provided me and my peers with adequate instruction to ensure that our iWAM feedback sessions are delivered skilfully so that participants’ experiences are positive and focused on leveraging their strengths. It has provided a common language within the team assisting us with the challenges of a newly-formed team and provides us a framework to build effective project teams within the function.
Organisationally, the accreditation process has ensured that participants, regardless of role and business division are receiving consistent development feedback. It has also provided additional visibility for iWAM and through this, has driven additional opportunities with our customers."
Derek Lamb, Human Resources Consultant, IAG Insurance.
“Not only do clients understand the basic motivational patterns when explained in simple layman's terms using the HR Summary page as a snapshot, but also they immediately grasp the varying ways in which the different reports available might be utilised to enhance their own HR strategies (e.g. modelling peak performers; defining selection criteria; coaching individuals to leverage their strengths; understanding team dynamics better etc.).”
Brian Clark, Managing Director, Marketing Consultants Associated Ltd.
So your situation is not unique. Many successful consultants and coaches find it increasingly difficult to differentiate themselves and quantify the work they do, but now you too can do something about it.
In November 2008 we will be running the first open iWAM Certification Course in the UK!
Inspired Working are teaming up with Performance Solutions to bring our collective expertise to this training. Sally Vanson and I have over 40 years of experience designing and delivering high impact training to a very broad range of people from Chief Executives and Boards of Directors to Managers and Staff.
Sally has been using, and training people in a variety of Psychometric tools for many years. Since she discovered the power of the iWAM she has made it the tool of choice because it is so easy to use, and gets great results.
Sally
has enjoyed a broad career spanning the hospitality and retail industries,
management consulting and automotive, having worked for Hanson plc. and
Mazda Cars. With a Masters degree in Management, Sally is also a Chartered
Member of the CIPD, has a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Direction and
is a trained Trainer of NLP. She designed, and now directs, the first NLP-based
Masters Degree in the world. Her current projects revolve around the strategic
health of businesses as well as the development to post graduate level of
other coaches. She has gained a reputation as an international speaker and
is the author of three books.
In 2003 I was very interested in profiling but I wanted something more
versatile than the most popular tools used in business. I did some initial
training with Shelle Rose Charvet in the Language and Behaviour Profile
(LAB Profile) which provides the linguistic background to the iWAM.
In 2004 I decided to become a Licensed LAB Profile Consultant and Trainer
so I attended Shelle’s 10-day training in Canada. The following year Shelle
invited me to be a coach on her 10-day course and this brought a whole new
perspective on the subtleties of how to apply the LAB Profile and the language
patterns it identifies. The 10-day training introduced me to the iWAM
and I could immediately see that it is a very effective profiling tool.
That prompted me to go to Belgium and be trained by the originator of the
tool Patrick Merlevde.
It is simple to use and enables you to profile and compare large numbers
of people. This means you can spend quality time on the feedback because
you do not have to write reports yourself.
It also means you can quickly identify the key issues facing your clients and then focus your attention on supporting them to achieve the outcomes they want in a way that sets you apart from others.
The dates for the First UK iWAM Certification Training are 20th and 21st November 2008 and the venue will be in a beautiful location near Bath.
So what will you learn?
The 2-Day Certification outline:
The iWAM Certification is a two-day program designed to provide participants with the confidence, knowledge, and skills to use the iWAM as part of a variety of HR and consulting activities.
The Program includes highly interactive and skilfully-facilitated sessions which concentrate on practical applications of:
- The 16 Pattern Categories Measured by iWAM
- Extensive and practical exercises to unpack and apply metaprogram knowledge
- The Link Between iWAM, Metaprograms, and Motivational Theories
- Introduction to the iWAM Reports: Individual, Paired Comparison and Team Reports
- High level coaching and debriefing skills using iWAM
- Supervised practice in interpreting, and the debriefing process in all three report types
- Introduction to Modelling and replicating expertise using iWAM
- Changing Metaprograms: innovative processes for adding flexibility to shadow metaprograms
- Marketing and selling iWAM to your clients
- Managing the iWAM HR Desktop and test administration system
- iWAM Test Design: Statistics, Standard Groups, and Culture
“The training was a clear illustration of the power and usefulness of Attitudes and Motivational factors in the workplace. Most excitingly it can readily show up changes of attitude due to changes in environment and work situations.
Peter Price, NLP Consultant and Trainer
The venue
The venue is The Park Country House Hotel, Wick, Nr. Bath, Avon BS30 5RN. It is easily accessible from all parts of the south-west.
Refreshments and lunch on both days are included. You may want to stay at the hotel where you will get special delegate rates, or one of the many good quality B&Bs in the local area. Once you have registered we can provide you with a full listing of local accommodation.
You may even want to stay on in Bath for a week-end of culture and relaxation!
Okay, So What's The Investment For This Incredible Training That Can Add Immediate Value To The Work You Do?
Let's do a quick comparison - last time I checked, a Standard Personality profile training would set you back about £1,200 but because you need to have attained a Basic level in order to be eligible for the Personality levels, you would need to do that first; that course alone can set you back about £1,000 as well!
So you could easily pay over £2,000 in order to be able to use the tests. And that’s not to mention the opportunity cost! The Basic level training is usually between four and five days and most of the personality profile trainings are also four or five days long. That could mean a total of two weeks not earning fees!
The other option is for you to shell out for a flight to the United States or Australia for one of the open iWAM Certification courses that are available there . . .
Frankly, neither of these options really seemed fair to us. So we figured out a way to provide you with a more cost-effective opportunity . . .
Inspired Working and the Performance Solution are going to co-host the first open iWAM Certification Programme in the UK. In order to provide you with the best Training possible we are joining forces with Sally Vanson from The Performance Partnership who is a leading expert in the use of various psychometric tools.
We are making this exclusive certification programme available to you for just £995 plus VAT.
Pay in full before 1st September and you will be eligible for the early bird bonus of the two pre-reading books ‘Words that Change Minds’ and ‘The Seven Steps to Emotional Intelligence’.
You could also opt for the 3-part payment plan: pay a deposit of £395 plus VAT by Credit Card when you register and then make 2 further payments of £300 plus VAT on 30th September and 30th October.
However this option is only available until 30th August.
So Click Here now to take advantage of it.
Making A Return On Your Investment
It's all well and good to go on a training course to learn something new, but we want you to have a clear plan of action for a how to get a return on your investment from this iWAM Certification programme. Because the iWAM is such a versatile Profiling tool you have a number of options. It all depends on the anticipated volume that you will be doing.
Earning Potential
An individual iWAM profile with 60 minutes of feedback easily sells in the UK for between £240 - £290, but there is no upper limit to this. So if you were to sell 10 Profiles with feedback in the month following the training you could expect to make about £2,000 Net profit. That works out at a nice £200 per hour! Many consultants give the feedback over the phone so you could easily set aside an afternoon and do 3 feedback sessions. That equates to £600 Net Profit for half a day's work.
There are lots of other ways to use the iWAM.
For example, because you can very easily profile a whole team it is possible to create packages where you simply quote an all-inclusive price for Team Development in a coaching and consultancy fee. This allows you to tailor the project, and price it according to what the client is willing to pay for the concrete value you can add.
Another example is to use the iWAM for Recruitment. This usually means that you can get big discounts because you are buying the iWAM Credits in bulk. You can then charge a healthy consultancy fee for setting up the system and providing feedback to the client on how well the candidates will fit the job.
And yet another example is to use the Paired Comparison report for conflict resolution or where a manager or director feels there is a ‘Clash of Personality’. The Paired Comparison report highlights where two profiles are most alike and where they are very different. This can often be very enlightening for people as they realise what the differences are, and removes any personal judgements. You can charge healthy consultancy fees for this type of Coaching because it adds real value to the client.
We will be covering all of the above in more detail on the 2-day Certification Programme.
So to get an immediate return on investment you only need to sell five profiles at £250 which will bring in a net profit of at least £200 and totally cover the initial investment in the training and setting up your own web-based Customer User Group (CUG). This gives you full control of the process from sending invitations to downloading reports.
From then on for every 10 profiles you sell with Feedback you will make a Net Profit of £2,000. That equates to £200 per hour!
Not only is it relatively easy to get a good Return on Investment from this training, we have also put together these special bonuses for you.
Bonus number 1:
You will get your own Customer User Group (CUG). The CUG will enable you
to purchase iWAM Credits with bulk discounts and it gives you full control

Bonus number 2:

This is worth £150.
Together these three bonuses are worth a total of £670 which means you are getting more that 50% extra value for your investment in the first open iWAM Certification course in the UK.
