1. Codes of Conduct

As a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) since 2002 our Managing Director David Klaasen is a highly respected professional in his field. We uphold the highest standards, and as Professional Members we are bound by the professional codes of conduct for the CIPD, the Institute of Directors (IoD) and the Association of Neuro Linguistic Programming (ANLP). The psychometric tool we use meets the rigorous standards set down by the American Psychological Society.

2. Highly accurate profiling tool

Our unique and innovative profiling tool provides at least 90% accuracy for what really motivates people at a ‘below-conscious’ level. That 90% becomes 100% accurate after a feedback interview. This gives you profound insights into the behaviour and attitudes of your people and the best way to motivate them and keep them highly productive.

3. Results within 90 days

We will hold regular reviews with you to ensure you are getting the benefits we agreed at the outset. You dictate the agenda and we will be careful to work with you at a level and pace that suits your business. All meetings are kept simple and informal, placing emphasis on important issues that really need addressing.

If you are not seeing results within 90 days we will suspend our work to review what is preventing progress. The outcome of that review may include one of the following:

  • Addressing the prevailing management culture
  • Identifying and addressing challenging individuals / bottlenecks
  • Resolving conflicts
  • Concluding the contract.

4. Continuous Professional Development

We are passionate about learning and regularly attend CPD events and learn about the latest developments and innovations in the field of HR, Learning, and Organisational Development.  We are particularly interested in the way new research in Neuroscience and Mindfulness is changing our understanding of human behaviour and business culture.  We translate the latest thinking into practical and pragmatic approaches that you can implement to get the results you want.

5. When we are done – we are done

Once our services, for a particular project or period have been completed we leave you alone to contact us when needed. No pressure and no obligations, but readily available with informative and useful insights when you need them.
